Refund Policy

TAYLR19 LLC does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales final. 

If you have not received your order or it is lost, missing, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping provider that was selected at the time time of purchase. All orders are insured with each carrier in case of any accidents on the shipping provider's end. TAYLR19 LLC is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged packages or their contents. 

PLEASE SIZE UP FOR BOOTS!! Shoes cannot be returned so we suggest sizing up for all boots, this information can also be found in the description of every boot.

All outfits are made to the measurements on our size chart.  When you purchase, you are agreeing that you are aware of the measurements stated on our size chart for each outfit in your order.  If you do not like how the outfit fits, TAYLR19 LLC is not responsible to allow returns if the size you selected matches the measurements on our size chart.

If you have filed a claim for fraud against TAYLR19 LLC in any nature, all future orders will be automatically refunded and will not be fulfilled. If you have requested a refund for an unfulfilled order, you will have all future orders refunded. If you have signs of fraud during your first order, you will be subject to verification via email. If your order has been flagged as fraudulent by our automated system, TAYLR19 LLC will contact you for additional verification via the email you provided with the order.  If you do not respond within 72 hours, or we do not receive the proper verification from you, the order will be refunded back to the payment method you provided at checkout.  If you do not respond to multiple contact attempts from us, all future orders will be automatically refunded and will not be fulfilled. TAYLR19 LLC does not guarantee the purchase of or hold any item due to any of these circumstances.

All outfits are already available unless marked otherwise.  Sizing information about products in order will not be honored unless agreed upon before order is placed. Orders will not be refunded per policy of no cancellation, no exchanges, no refunds and all sales are final.
